What this website is
This website describes our Direct Hire search services and lets employers and candidates contact us. Nothing on it is an offer of employment, a promise of placement, or a guarantee of any hiring, retention, survey, or clinical outcome. Talent network postings are not tied to one open position at a named employer unless the posting says so.
Employers
Sending an inquiry does not create a search engagement. Search services are provided only under a signed written agreement, and that agreement controls if it differs from this website.
Job seekers
Havencrest Network never charges job seekers a fee. Submitting a profile or application does not create an employment relationship with Havencrest Network or with any employer. You agree that the information you give us about your licensure, credentials, and work history is true and complete.
Acceptable use
You must be at least 18 to use this website. Do not submit false information, information about another person without permission, or any patient or resident health information. Do not interfere with the website or try to access it by automated means without our written consent.
Our content
The text, design, graphics, and the H.E.A.R.T. Alignment System name and materials belong to Havencrest Network LLC and may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent.

Scheduling, job listings, and application forms are provided through third-party services, and this website links to social networks. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Privacy and text messages
